Securing Your Appointment

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied toward the cost of your procedure on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We understand that unexpected emergencies can happen and will always do our best to be understanding. Our cancellation policy helps us protect the time we've reserved especially for you and allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
